We provide delivery services within the UAE.

Delivery availability will be confirmed during checkout, most of the time we deliver the next day.


Delivery Options

Scheduled Delivery
Customers may select an available delivery window at checkout.

To reduce our environmental impact and ensure efficient routing, delivery slots may be limited, and deliveries may be scheduled outside peak traffic hours.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 - 4 hours of confirmation.

Orders placed after 8pm, will be delivered the following day, based on your time slot selection.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are as per the following:

Orders placed between midnight and midday, will be delivered between 2pm - 5pm or 7pm - 10pm.

Orders placed between midday and 8pm, will be delivered between 8pm - 10pm.

Orders placed after 8pm, will be delivered the following day between 2pm - 5pm or 7pm - 10pm.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location.

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a confirmation email with details.


Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order. Orders cannot be left unattended.

If no one is available, the driver will have to return the order. Additional charges will be applied for redelivery.


Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or courier service issues.

If delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned. In such cases, customers will need to arrange for redelivery or pickup, and additional charges will be applied.

We will inform you promptly of any delays and provide updates on your order status if affected.
