Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If you believe your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and supporting images. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment once approved. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

  • We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect storage

  • Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)

Storage Responsibility

Certain products may naturally contain oils or pigments that can stain packaging. Customers are responsible for appropriate product storage as outlined on packaging and product pages.
